When the clock small hand stand on 7 am that was starting of week 2. A week of ralaxed and improved teaching. In this journal I will points out my positive and negative feelings about this week related to four points as following.
My First Observation with MCT
Before starting this week I was really anxious because in Sunday Miss Kate will observe me teaching in the first time so I planned a lesson which was about solving multiplication or division inequality I planned a lesson to be students-centered but because I was really nervous it turn to be teacher-centered. I agree with Miss Kate feedback and I need to overcome my nervousness because I am worth more than that and I will not make the nervousness became my enemy entire if myself.
Gaining the Acceptance and Confident from all
The positive thing about this week that all teachers were showing their respect to us and that’s give a power to teach an affective lessons. They were showing me strategies to teach the lessons and told me that we as MAG school teachers struggle from the language and that we are lucky to train each semester to build our knowledge.
However, when Miss Kate came to observe me I didn't give my 100% to it which make me feel unhappy with myself but as Miss Maria told us once that we learn from our mistakes and from Miss Kate feedback I knew what things I need to overcome to teach 100% effective lesson with students-centered.

Adventure with the Principal
During this week principal was upset with one HCT student
because her MCT and herself were absent and their class were everywhere in the
school. Principal thought that she is one of math student-teacher but Khulood and
Hamda replied to her in effective way. In addition, it give principal a
bad reputation of HCT students. To erase her misunderstanding we became more responsible
than before. We starts to leave after principal which was at 2:40 pm (the last
bell rang at 2:10 pm) to show her that HCT students are responsible at every
aspect.
Trip with grade seven students
In this trip five of my students were selected to attend "Mohammed Bin Rashed Smart Learning Program" in Al Waadi school because they were excellent in using smart learning apps. I felt really proud of them because this trip is for students that have experience using technology with learning. These students are digital native students. “Some refer to them as the N-[for Net]-gen or D-[for digital]-gen. But the most useful designation I have found for them is Digital Natives. Our students today are all native speakers of the digital language of computers, video games and the Internet” (Prensky, 2001, p.1). Moreover, as teachers we need also to adapt new ways that digital native students have fun with to excites them to learn. It was really a positive trip because I learnt all type of apps the program produce and how to use it in the future. My students make a trip fun because they prepare questions that give them a chance to know each other more so I joined them to have fun in the bus.
I learnt what other responsibilities of teachers that books don't teach us but as human being we know when our students can't understand some behavior or copy behavior her as humanity we need to prevent them and that exactly what happened. on the way back I teach some girls why we don't refuse anyone who give us food even if they don't like it. I used their language and strike them emotionally about it to let them understand the real concept about it. It was the first I did something like that which I was proud of myself and with the accepting students.
